Windows systems don't have builtin SSH protocol client. Users need to install additional software. We recommend:
After signing in on the machine user works in text console, similar to logging in from Unix/Linux machines.
Caution: When using graphical interface remember to use -X while creating interactive job qsub -I -X.
Working in graphical mode
On UNIX/Linux systems XWindow is usually installed and available for users. Windows systems don't have XWindow server, so it has to be installed first. We recommend free X server XMing. After installing X server user should configure Putty to enable display forwarding.
